Lyn Sancho-Taylor has been representing clients in their acquisition of Real Estate Investments through property sales since 2012. Her experience has become a great asset to Living Realty Inc. as she puts her clients interests above everything else.

Prior to joining Living Realty Inc., Lyn started her Real Estate career with Royal LePage Innovators, Sutton Group Central Realty Inc., then on to Core Real Estate Services. She was able to gain the knowledge of the Real Estate Industry through her previous brokerages, which ultimately allowed her decision in getting more involved with Pre-Construction and Commercial Real Estate (a no brainer).

Her entrepreneurial spirit started with her first career as a hairstylist. Interacting with others came easy which lead her to furthering her education in the Business Marketing field. She later worked in Supervising, Training, Procurement and Opportunity Management with IBM Canada where she gained more experience in sales and negotiation.

This family woman has strong work ethics and values the integrity of others and ultimately being true to herself and always putting her best foot forward. She is committed to achieving results through her attention to detail, strong will and vision for her success.

Even though she would love to consume her time with family and Real Estate, Lyn loves some personal time as well, where she can enjoy a well written fiction novel, bringing out her investigative side by enjoy programs like Law & Order, expressing her creative side through home decorating, traveling the world one country at a time, and always up for new learning opportunities.
